Evidence Locker is a feature and view that is the home of all evidence within an organization. This allows users to track all of the organization's aggregate evidence in one place.

Users expressed the desire to be able to trace and see all their evidence information across all over their projects in one place.
Based on our feedback from interviews and conversations that we had, we saw that users want to be able to learn from other team’ss' work and be an active part of the process of understanding what is happening between the other teams . We decided to design an Evidence Locker where users can search for specific interviews or keywords of information that will bring all the evidence that will be associated with those keywords.

After many iterations and testing prototypes we were able to get closer to our goal and finally we were able to design a collaboration between the projects that was not possible before. This new flow helps our users throughout the whole idea validation process and makes it easier, especially for UX researchers, to bootstrap new projects.

The pain point was designing the different views.
Here we needed to think about how to display all this information and functionalities for a variety of use cases and screen sizes. In one case we might be solving some problems giving our users more information, but that might create a new design problem for others. The difficulty here was understanding how to display more information without overloading the user flow and make it a useful view.
This type of project made meus realize how important it is to not only think about laptops, but also mobile views, big screens, small screens, and different views to give all the necessary information in the same way. This showed us that sometimes solving one problem will create another, and we want to make sure we are aware of this at all times to be able to fulfill user needs.
I was the sole UX/UI designer for a seven year old company with customers around the world including government, top universities, enterprise and startups. I was responsible for the project, while collaborating with the rest of the team on ideation.
