Glidr.io's main objective is to validate ideas or hypotheses for a better work plan.

Teams conduct interviews with their customers to better understand their needs.
Our user research showed us that in many cases when conducting the same interviews several times, the interviews vary because the interviewers do not keep the same record of the questions.
Glidr.io targets -university students- teams ages 19–25 years old, using the app for research.
Its customer base also includes -companies researchers-, people ages 25–50 years old, using the app for validating business ideas and hypotheses.
An online survey was conducted to further understand user motivation and behavior. Out of all the student teams, 84% were changing the questions slightly while doing an interview, 16% were having trouble taking notes while listening.
These problems seemed to be a fair representative sample of the interviewers.
To test the app’s user experience, we conducted several interviews for better understanding and asked them to perform a few predefined interview questions in glidr's app. Notes were taken and we were able to understand their actions. Some of the tasks/questions were:

An affinity map is often used to group similar observations together. I used it to surface several key issues common amongst participants.
Teams were conducting interviews but each time they had to rewrite the questions and this was causing lack of consistency in the interviews.
Based on user feedback, users had to repeat and enter the same data over again, but many times would change slightly the type of questions or even the interview.
The following three issues stood out the most:
A representation of our target audience data, gathered in previous research such as user interviews. I created this user persona to analyze various aspects of their behavior and motivations.
Based on a conversation from a client that showed that there is a need for regularity in the questions made for the interviews. After analyzing the problem, we came to the conclusion that we needed a template system to create documents to maintain consistency. With this functionality we will be able to help teams by providing this format that will have the correct and identical data. Also, it will avoid a time consuming process of copying and repeating data for different uses that sometimes is not accurate.
We observed that interview templates would provide consistency across the project and they're easy to update. This facilitates the task and is easily tracked and updated.
I scoped out Glidr’s competitors and other templates apps and made observations on which layouts worked best. I sketched out the 2 only flows on low-fidelity wireframes before committing to high fidelity designs. This allowed me to prototype different layouts rather than focusing on design details.

An evaluation test was conducted on mid-fidelity wireframes.
Two prototypes were created.
Participants were already users of the application and knew how to navigate through it. We analyzed these 2 tasks.
• How easily users were able to understand the dropdown to create a new template
• How easily users were able to find the templates folder and interact with it
As a result of the new functionalities design, the success rate of the tasks increased considerably.
Note: We also discovered that there was confusion about the "Publish" button.
I used Figma to create a functional prototype of all the screens. Check it out.
The obstacle we found was understanding how this feature will fit in the platform and workflow. Create a place for “templates” where users have easy access and can interact with it easily, by helping streamline the entire process-saving their time and stress.
Thanks to this project, I learnt the important benefit of maintaining document consistency. A project reproduces and uses multiple documents in large numbers. Having a ready-made template that the user prefers and trust can increase productivity, and people no longer have to spend many hours creating documents from step one.
I was the sole UX/UI designer for a seven year old company with customers around the world including government, top universities, enterprise and startups. I was responsible for the project, while collaborating with the rest of the team on ideation.
Responsive design can help us solve a lot of problems for our website. It makes our site mobile-friendly, to be able to improve the wait looks on devices with both large and small screens, and increase the amount of time that visitors spend on our site. It can also help u improve yur rankings in search engines.
